You can add your prescription right on our website before checkout. When you place a prescription order, you’ll be prompted to choose one of these options:

Upload a copy of your prescription

Manually enter your prescription details

Submit it after you place the order by emailing it to us (please include your order number in the subject line so we can match it up quickly)
