Polycarbonate lenses are injection molded to create a thin, lightweight shatter-resistant lens. Polycarbonate lenses provide 100% UV protection and are considered the industry standard for shatter-resistant lenses.

TRIVEX®

Trivex® lenses are cast molded and made of an exceptionally clear, lightweight lens material, which translates into excellent all-day wearing comfort. Although lightweight, Trivex® lenses have similar shatter-resistance qualities to polycarbonate and provide a clearer visual experience. Trivex® lenses provide 100% UV protection.

POLARIZED

Our polarized lenses are engineered to reduce glare off horizontal surfaces such as water, sand and roads and are especially good for outdoor sports. Polarization reduces eye strain, improves clarity and enhances colors.

High Definition lenses, with anti-reflective coating

Our Freeform technology and digital generators place the complete prescription on the back of the lens closer to the eye. This type of digital pinpoint manufacturing provides the capability to cut lenses to 1/100 of a diopter versus the traditional manufacturing process that’s only capable of 1/10 of diopter accuracy. This process provides a more precise prescription which is why they call these lenses High Definition.

30% WIDER FIELD OF VIEW

By placing the entire prescription closer to the eye, the field of view is increased by 30%. This is especially apparent with our 8 base curved Wrap around and Sling blade sport frames where the HD lenses provide expanded peripheral view.

Our lens design overcomes optical aberrations and the mechanical limitations of traditional lens manufacturing. With the ability to create more precise lens prescriptions, the clarity of view is increased by at least 20%.
