Returns & Refunds

We stand behind our products and believe in complete customer satisfaction. If you purchased an item on reks.com and are not completely satisfied, you may return your product for a full refund or exchange within 30 days from date of receipt.

Return by mail instructions:

Simply e-mail support@reks.com with your order number and request a pre-paid bar-coded REKS® Return Authorization label which will be used to track your return. You may also call customer support toll free at 561-757-0027 and request a REKS® Return Authorization
Pack item(s) in the original packaging and attach the pre-paid label on the outside covering any previous address label. Products must be returned within 30 days from receipt of return label.
Refunds will be made to the original method of payment and will occur within 10 days from receipt of your return.
We will e-mail you to confirm when the credit has been issued.
Prepaid shipping labels are only supplied for addresses in the United States. International orders are responsible for return postage.
