Overall, the process for ordering was fairly easy. It would've been nice to have some kind of a 'guide' to use so we could measure some things. (I had to buy a ruler that had cm/mm so we could measure a few things). And have a 'try on' option. Although they are fine - will keep what was ordered - should've gotten a smaller size. Would've been helpful to be able to see how they fit.
