Non-Prescription Sunglasses
If you experience a manufacturing defect, or if your REKS sunglasses fail under normal use, we will replace them at no charge for 24 months from the date of purchase.
Warranty Exclusions
- Lost or stolen products
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratched lenses
- Damage caused by misuse or improper care
- Damage caused by pets
Prescription Eyewear
For prescription products, the 24-month manufacturing defect warranty applies to the frame only.
Lens Replacement: Prescription lenses are custom made and are not covered under the 24-month warranty. However, REKS offers a one-time lens replacement for scratches or coating defects within the first 12 months from the date of delivery. This replacement applies only once per order.

How to File a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please complete the REKS Warranty Claim Form and include it with your product. Send both to the address listed on the form. All claims are subject to inspection and approval by REKS.
To make a claim, print and send us the complete Warranty Claim Form. Include this form with your REKS product and send it back to:
