Simply e-mail support@reks.com with your order number and request a pre-paid bar-coded REKS® Return Authorization label which will be used to track your return. You may also call customer support toll free at 561-757-0027 and request a REKS® Return Authorization
Pack item(s) in the original packaging and attach the pre-paid label on the outside covering any previous address label. Products must be returned within 30 days from receipt of return label.
Refunds will be made to the original method of payment and will occur within 10 days from receipt of your return.
