Returns & Refunds
We stand behind our products and believe in complete customer satisfaction. If you purchased an item on reks.com and are not completely satisfied, you may return your product for a full refund or exchange within 30 days from date of receipt.
Return by mail instructions:
- Simply e-mail support@reks.com with your order number and request a pre-paid bar-coded REKS® Return Authorization label which will be used to track your return. You may also call customer support toll free at 561-757-0027 and request a REKS® Return Authorization
- Pack item(s) in the original packaging and attach the pre-paid label on the outside covering any previous address label. Products must be returned within 30 days from receipt of return label.
- Refunds will be made to the original method of payment and will occur within 10 days from receipt of your return.
- We will e-mail you to confirm when the credit has been issued.
- Prepaid shipping labels are only supplied for addresses in the United States. International orders are responsible for return postage.
