I am a longtime customer, buying both prescription and non sunglasses from you. Very happy with product. I contacted customer service a few weeks ago when I had had cataract surgery, eliminating the need for the prescription lenses I had purchased in the spring. I spoke to Steven, who said that he could send me some non-prescription lenses fron returned glasses that would fit my slingblade frames. Unfortunately, I never received those lenses. I know it was outside of normal policy to do so, but was looking forward to be able to re-purpose those frames.

Overall, satisfied with Reks sunglasses. I have bought 5-6 pairs of glasses and except for 1 am satisfied. This 1 was a different style and didn't fit my face. I have returned it for a refund, I don't know if it was processed yet. For now it's a B rating. After I get my refund A rating. The only other con is the price.
