Easy, breezy ordering. Would like to have more frame options. The communication is poor. While I received promotional emails almost daily, I was never informed of the process of my order. The site states 10-12 business days, but never shows any order progress. When I inquired after 2 weeks, customer service informed me that the glasses should be received by the end of the week, when they were already in transit. No email or text was provided to inform me they had been shipped.
