Genuinly honest, very particular as well when it comes to purchasing sunglasses and trying to find that median range between cost and quality. You guys have NEVER disappointed me ever since I've ordered from you guys or the glasses. I can't tell you have many times uve dropped,sat on, or had a lense pop pout from hitting their ground and I'd just put it right back in and its STILL never given me an issue. I am a longtime customer, buying both prescription and non sunglasses from you. Very happy with product. I contacted customer service a few weeks ago when I had had cataract surgery, eliminating the need for the prescription lenses I had purchased in the spring. I spoke to Steven, who said that he could send me some non-prescription lenses fron returned glasses that would fit my slingblade frames. Unfortunately, I never received those lenses. I know it was outside of normal policy to do so, but was looking forward to be able to re-purpose those frames.

Overall, satisfied with Reks sunglasses. I have bought 5-6 pairs of glasses and except for 1 am satisfied. This 1 was a different style and didn't fit my face. I have returned it for a refund, I don't know if it was processed yet. For now it's a B rating. After I get my refund A rating. The only other con is the price.
